Manfrotto MT055XPRO3 Aluminum Tripod

The Manfrotto MT055XPRO3 is a versatile tripod for professionals and serious enthusiasts. Its multipurpose centre column can be configured vertically or horizontally to equip you with the ability to accomplish a broad range of creative objectives.

Ideal for photographers and videographers who are required to shoot many different subjects and scenarios, the MT055XPRO3 extends to a maximum height of 170cm and a minimum height of just 9cm. A generous maximum payload of 9kgs ensures a wide range of DSLRs, video cameras and lens combinations can be used to get the shot you need.

The 3-section legs are quickly and accurately adjusted thanks to Manfrotto’s Quick Power Lock (QPL) lever system. The unique design of the QPL levers support single handed adjustment of the leg sections for fast, precise positioning on tricky surfaces. The powerful clamping force of each section increases rigidity by 50%, improving overall stability and load capacity over previous generation systems. An ergonomic slide switch can be utilised to adjust leg angles. Pre-set angles of 25°, 46°, 66°, or 88° can be set independently for each leg, delivering amazing versatility and stability when shooting on uneven ground.

Simplicity and ease of use is carried over to the centre column which can be adjusted to orient the columns between the vertical and horizontal position. Its convenient design requires no disassembly and can be done whilst the camera remains attached. The unique horizontal column is especially useful for top-down perspectives and tricky situations that require more complicated or precise compositions such as macro photography.

The centre column also features a bubble level to ensure your compositions are straight and true. The level is able to rotate freely around the top of the centre column, allowing it to be positioned independent to the rest of the tripod to ensure accurate and convenient measurement.

Designed and made in Italy, the Manfrotto 055XPRO3 3-Section Tripod also features an Easy Link Connector which utilises a bracket or extension arm (sold separately) for easy attachment of accessories such as LED lights, reflectors, video monitors and more.
